AirDxB is a Dubai Real Estate Management Consultancy, boasts an impressive number of positive reviews on Trustpilot. AirDXB is a Dubai-based real estate management consultancy specializing in short-term rental management, real estate investment advisory, and interior fit-outs. They help property owners maximize returns through end-to-end solutions across leasing, design, and hospitality services. At first glance, its online reputation seems spotless. But after conducting my own investigation, I discovered some red flags — including suspicious-looking reviews and concerning feedback from actual landlords. In this blog post, I will share what I found so that other property owners can make more informed decisions before working with AirDxB Reviews. Just for your information, I am also one of the property owner who had bad experience with them.
The First Red Flag: Copy-Paste Reviews
When I looked into AirDxB’s Trustpilot profile, one thing stood out immediately: many reviews sounded exactly the same — across different users and even across different businesses.
For example, this profile: Venuwara Himawantha | This user had posted an identical review on another business not just AirDxB — a clear sign that the user is fake and is created for review purpose only which seems something is off.
Here are two more examples:
Chris : User posted similar Review on AirDxb and StayShort Business
Saisha : User posted similar Review on AirDxb and StayShort Business
This pattern of duplicate reviews is often associated with fake or paid reviews, where businesses (or agencies they hire) attempt to inflate their ratings. While I cannot conclusively prove these are paid reviews, this behavior raises serious doubts about the authenticity of AirDxB’s online ratings.
Real Landlords Tell a Very Different Story
Beyond the suspicious positive reviews, I also looked at what actual landlords were saying — and their feedback was much less glowing.
A Threat of Defamation : One landlord, Katie, wrote that renting her apartment through AirDxB led to a “terrible experience.” She added that she could not share more details because she had been threatened with a defamation lawsuit by AirDxB — a worrying sign that criticism may be discouraged through legal pressure. Financial Nightmare : Another landlord, Ilona Piotrowska, described AirDxB as “a disaster” for property owners. She warned:
” They promise high earnings, but it’s not true. They charge you four times the normal price for repairs and items. It is very hard to get your money back. I left after just one month — it was a nightmare.”
Her advice to others: “Run away from AirDxB!”. Source: TrustPilot Link
Payment Issues : This property owner reported that AirDxB had failed to pay them for a guest stay that happened over a month ago. They also described the service as poor in communication, cleaning, and overall support.
The list of negative reviews appears to reflect genuine concerns — you can read all the landlords’ feedback before it is removed.
What You Should Know
- Many positive Trustpilot reviews for AirDxB look suspicious and possibly fake.
- Real landlord reviews describe serious service and financial problems.
- The company allegedly uses legal threats to silence unhappy clients.
As a one of the victim of AirDxB Property Management Service, I recommend any landlord or property owner considering AirDxB do careful research and speak to other landlords first. Don’t rely solely on what you see on review sites — especially when there are signs of review manipulation.
Final Thought
Online reviews can be helpful — but they can also be misleading. In the case of AirDxB, my investigation suggests that landlords should be cautious. If you’ve had your own experience with AirDxB — positive or negative — I encourage you to share it openly. Transparency is key in helping others make informed choices.
