As a property owner, I’ve always tried to work with companies that promised professionalism, reliability, and solid returns on short-term rentals. A few months ago, I came across AirDXB, a real estate management consultancy that seemed to check all the boxes—at least on the surface.
A quick search for AirDxb Reviews on Google Business shows an overwhelming number of 5-star ratings, full of praise and seemingly happy customers. But my experience, and the experience of many other property owners, tells a very different story.
This blog is not intended to defame or discredit AirDXB. It’s a personal reflection and a well-researched compilation of real, public Google Business Reviews that paint a more balanced picture—one that prospective clients should seriously consider before making a decision.
I had initially posted my own review on their Google Business page, sharing my personal disappointment. Unfortunately, that review was later removed—whether due to reports or pressure, I can’t confirm. But it made me curious: Were others facing the same thing?
So, I dug deeper into their Google Business listing and started going through all the reviews—especially the 1-star and 2-star ones that often get buried. What I found was eye-opening.
This blog is the result of that research. Every review quoted here is publicly available (at the time of writing) on AirDXB’s own Google Business page.
What Property Owners Are Saying – From Google Reviews
Here are some reviews that stood out, all directly taken from their Google Business profile:
Asli D writes:
“They have the comments removed through a lawyer. People delete comments because they don’t want to deal with it. I have never been satisfied with the service I received.”
Eric Su shares:
“Based on my experience engaging them to manage my unit on short term rental, I chose to leave a one-star review… After a few months, I preferred to manage the property myself.”
Samona Kian says:
“I had an extremely bad experience with this company. They started threatening me to open a case for telling the truth, I had to delete my review. I do NOT recommend this company AT ALL.”
Naseer comments:
“Not Recommended… When AirDxb stopped working with Airbnb, I faced a high number of cancellations through Booking.com… After filing my notice, my emails faced significant delays in response, and the final settlement took longer than agreed upon.”
Emre C warns:
“Avoid them. They were banned from Airbnb and can now only work with Booking. I earned half of what I would have from long-term rental. Communication was poor and even basics like broken glasses weren’t replaced.”
Aleksandar Petrovic wrote:
“Very bad service! I’ve been waiting more than 10 days for a refund after cancellation. When I booked, everything was quick. Now, no response for days. Very poor service.”
Ahmed A simply states:
“Zero stars from a property owner’s perspective. Do not hand over your property to them.”
These are just a few examples. There are several more reviews from both property owners and renters expressing dissatisfaction, especially when it comes to transparency, communication, refunds, and property earnings.
Not All Reviews Are Fake – But You Need Context
If you’re a property owner looking for a rental management partner, here’s what I suggest:
-
Don’t rely solely on high star ratings
-
Read the negative reviews on their Google Business profile—they’re revealing
-
Ask for a detailed breakdown of earnings, booking platforms used, and occupancy rates
-
Clarify the exit process and settlement timelines before signing any contract
-
Speak to other property owners who’ve worked with them
Final Thoughts – Proceed with Informed Caution
Again, this isn’t a hate piece. AirDXB Reviews may be the right choice for some. But if you’re like me—someone who values clarity, communication, and long-term relationships—you deserve to know both sides.
My only intention here is to present what I found—directly from Google Business Reviews—so that others don’t go in blind. There’s no agenda. Just a simple hope that this helps someone avoid the same frustration I faced.
